The Sleep Harmony Programme is Babogue's signature 3 weeks of one-to-one personalised support to help you and your family find sleep harmony for your family so you can thrive.

  • Compassionate guidance to make your nights feel like a dream. 
  • Our sleep consultants will meet you on a 1 hour video consultation to discuss your pre provided sleep history, tailor your sleep plan and support you throughout its implementation for a 3 week period.
